“Treadmills and Steppers could easily become a thing of the past. There will be a lot of innovation even within closed doors. Wearable technology and apps will also be one of the most opted things, where people will rely more on machines than on themselves. It is not a good thing but if it is time-saving and predicts close to actual results, why not go for it,” said he.
